摘要
目的探析提高产科门诊微信预约诊疗率中品管圈的应用效果。方法选择2019年11月至2020年7月本院产科门诊2164例孕妇为研究对象,其中2019年11月至2020年3月1082例孕妇未实施品管圈活动;2020年4—7月1082例孕妇实施品管圈活动。对比活动前后微信预约诊疗率及满意度。结果产科门诊微信预约诊疗率由48.80%提高到87.25%,活动前后微信预约诊疗率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产科门诊孕妇满意度43.53%提高到89.56%,活动前后满意度对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过品管圈活动有效提高产科门诊微信预约诊疗率,提高孕妇满意度,同时使医务人员沟通能力、协调能力、主动服务能力等方面明显提高,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving WeChat appointment rate in obstetric outpatient department.Methods A total of 2164 pregnant women from the Department of Obstetrics of our hospital from November 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,1082 pregnant women did not carry out quality control circle activities from November 2019 to March 2020.From April to July in 2020,1082 pregnant women underwent quality control circle activities.WeChat appointment rate and satisfaction were compared before and after the activity.Results The WeChat appointment rate of obstetric outpatient increased from 48.80%to 87.25%,and there was statistically signifi cant difference in the WeChat appointment rate before and after the activity(P<0.05).The satisfaction of pregnant women in obstetric outpatient department increased from 43.53% to 89.56%,and the difference of satisfaction before and after the activity was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle activity can effectively improve the WeChat appointment rate in obstetric outpatient department,improve the satisfaction of pregnant women,and signifi cantly improve the communication ability,coordination ability and initiative service ability of medical staff,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
