摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜模拟器三阶段培训法在妇科规培生中的应用效果和可行性。方法选取26名2019级妇科规培生,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组13名。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用腹腔镜模拟器三阶段培训法,比较两组理论考核、技能考核、技能各项目完成时间及得分、满意度。结果试验组规培生理论成绩、技能成绩及总成绩评分分别为(46.92±2.77)、(45.59±2.21)、(90.68±4.33)分,对照组规培生理论成绩、技能成绩及总成绩评分分别为(42.36±2.54)、(41.44±2.65)、(85.42±4.84)分,试验组规培生理论成绩、技能成绩及总成绩评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组规培生剪切图形时间、夹取糖果时间及缝合打结时间均明显短于对照组,剪切图形得分、夹取糖果得分及缝合打结得分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组规培生满意度为84.62%,明显高于对照组的46.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜模拟器三阶段培训法应用于妇科规培生中,能使规培生迅速掌握腹腔镜操作方法,提高教学效果和规培生满意度,在妇科教学中具有极大可行性及可推广性。
Objective To investigate the effect and feasibility of the three-stage training method of laparoscopic simulator in gynecological regulation.Methods A total of 26 gynaecological normal trainees of 2019 grade were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 13 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the three-stage training method of laparoscopic simulator.The completion time,score and satisfaction of each project of theory assessment,skill assessment,skill assessment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theory,skill and total score in the experimental group were(46.92±2.77),(45.59±2.21)and(90.68±4.33),respectively.In the control group,the scores of standardized theory,skill and total score were(42.36±2.54),(41.44±2.65)and(85.42±4.84),respectively.The scores of standardized theory,skill and total score in the experimental group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The time of cutting pattern,candy clipping and knot suturing in experimental group were signifi cantly shorter than those in control group,and the scores of cutting pattern,candy clipping and knot suturing in experimental group were signifi cantly lower than those in control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction was 84.62%in the experimental group,which was signifi cantly higher than 46.15%in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the three-stage training method of laparoscopic simulator in the gynecology training program can make the gynecology training program master the laparoscopic operation method quickly,improve the teaching effect and the degree of satisfaction of the gynecology training program,and has great feasibility and popularization in the gynecology teaching.
