诺如病毒感染孕妇的流行病学与临床特点分析

Epidemiological and clinical characteristics of pregnant women infected with norovirus

目的调查了解诺如病毒感染孕妇的流行病学与临床特点。方法选取116例呕吐、腹泻等孕妇,调查并分析其临床表现和流行特点,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测孕妇大便标本诺如病毒,观察孕妇核酸检测结果。结果116例孕妇中腹泻伴呕吐50例,腹泻51例,呕吐15例。核酸检测结果显示:42例核酸结果阳性,74例核酸结果阴性。42例核酸结果阳性孕妇中经产妇26例,初产妇16例;其中早孕孕妇共3例,占7.1%,中孕孕妇共9例,占21.4%,晚孕孕妇共30例,占71.4%。腹泻伴呕吐症状28例,占66.7%。结论经产妇更易感染诺如病毒,且多表现为腹泻、呕吐等轻症表现。早期识别并做好院内感染防控,提高孕妇对疾病的认识、做好居家防护,对控制疾病传播具有重要意义,医疗机构也需要做好诺如病毒感染性腹泻的院内防控和孕妇居家隔离健康教育。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of pregnant women infected with norovirus.Methods A total of 116 pregnant women with vomiting and diarrhea were selected to investigate and analyze their clinical manifestations and epidemic characteristics.Norovirus was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)in fecal samples of pregnant women,and nucleic acid test results were observed.Results Among 116 pregnant women,50 cases had diarrhea with vomiting,51 cases had diarrhea,and 15 cases had vomiting.Nucleic acid test results showed that nucleic acid was positive in 42 cases and negative in 74 cases.Among the 42 pregnant women with positive nucleic acid results,26 were postpartura and 16 were primipara.There were 3 early pregnant women,accounting for 7.1%,9 middle pregnant women,accounting for 21.4%,and 30 late pregnant women,accounting for 71.4%.Diarrhea accompanied with vomiting in 28 cases(66.7%).Conclusion Transparturient women are more likely to be infected with norovirus,and their symptoms are usually mild symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting.Early identifi cation and prevention and control of nosocomial infection,improving pregnant women's understanding of the disease and doing a good job of home protection are of great significance to the control of disease transmission.Therefore,medical institutions need to do a good job of nosocomial prevention and control of norovirus infection diarrhea and home isolation health education for pregnant women.
