妊娠糖尿病孕妇孕期的综合管理方法及研究新进展

Comprehensive management of gestational diabetes mellitus during pregnancy and new research progress

妊娠糖尿病(GDM)属于妊娠期孕妇一类常见的并发症,近年来患病率一直处在较高水平。孕妇孕期的血糖异常可引发GDM,增加母婴并发症。因此,积极建立有效、科学的综合干预模式对控制GDM孕产妇血糖水平、减少各类并发症发生具有重要意义。本文对GDM孕妇综合干预方法及最新研究进展进行综述,为指导临床诊疗服务提供参考依据。

Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a common complication of pregnancy in pregnant women,and its prevalence has been at a high level in recent years.Abnormal blood glucose during pregnancy can lead to GDM and increase maternal and infant complications.Therefore,it is of great signifi cance to actively establish an effective and scientifi c comprehensive intervention mode to control the blood glucose level of pregnant women and women with GDM and reduce the incidence of various complications.In this paper,the comprehensive intervention methods and the latest research progress of GDM in pregnant and parturient women were reviewed to provide a reference for guiding clinical services.
