疏肝补肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕的临床应用效果分析

Clinical eff ect of Shugan Bushen Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility

目的分析疏肝补肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床疗效。方法选取64例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者,采用随机排列法分为试验组与对照组,每组32例。对照组患者采用来曲唑片治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合疏肝补肾汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状恢复时间、中医证候积分、性激素水平及自然妊娠率。结果试验组治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的71.88%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者卵泡恢复时间、卵巢恢复时间、月经周期恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者LH水平低于对照组,E2、P水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者自然妊娠率为56.25%(18/32),显著高于对照组25.00%(8/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝补肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕效果确切,可改善患者临床症状、性激素水平,提高了自然妊娠率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shugan Bushen Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.Methods 64 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)were randomly selected as the test group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.Control group was treated with letrozole tablets,and experimental group was treated with Shugan Bushen Decoction on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,recovery time of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level and natural pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.75%,which was signifi cantly higher than that of control group(71.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The follicular recovery time,ovarian recovery time and menstrual cycle recovery time in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score in experimental group was signifi cantly lower than that in control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no signifi cant differences in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of LH in experimental group was lower than that in control group,while the levels of E2 and P were higher than that in control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The rate of natural pregnancy in experimental group was 56.25%(18/32),which was significantly higher than that in control group(25.00%,8/32),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Bushen Decoction has a defi nite effect on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility,which can improve the clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels of patients,and increase the rate of natural pregnancy.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
