分析中药熏洗联合中医护理在治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者中的效果

To analyze the eff ect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in treating patients with mycotic vaginitis

目的探讨中药熏洗联合中医护理在治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取120例霉菌性阴道炎患者,按照摸球法分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规治疗联合中医护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合中药熏洗,对比两组干预前后中医证候积分、临床疗效、生活质量及霉菌感染率。结果干预前,两组患者中医证候积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组中医证候积分均明显低于干预前,且研究组中医证候积分为(4.26±0.64)分,明显低于对照组的(9.65±0.73)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生活质量评分均明显高于干预前,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经实验室检查,研究组霉菌感染5例,霉菌感染率为8.33%;对照组霉菌感染15例,霉菌感染率为25.00%。两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中药熏洗联合中医护理可有效治疗霉菌性阴道炎,缓解患者临床症状,改善生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with mycotic vaginitis were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the touch ball method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and the research group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,clinical effi cacy,quality of life and mold infection rate were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were signifi cantly lower than before intervention,and the TCM syndrome scores in the study group were(4.26±0.64)points,which was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(9.65±0.73)points,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 90.00%,which was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no signifi cant difference in quality of life scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of both groups were signifi cantly higher than before intervention,and the study group was signifi cantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).By laboratory examination,5 cases of fungal infection were found in the study group,and the fungal infection rate was 8.33%.In the control group,there were 15 cases of fungal infection,and the fungal infection rate was 25.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively treat mycotic vaginitis,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,and has clinical promotion value.
