针刺穴位联合中药口服治疗输卵管近端阻塞性不孕症的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Oral Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Proximal Oviduct Obstructive Infertility

目的观察针刺穴位联合中药口服治疗输卵管近端阻塞性不孕症的临床效果。方法选取100例输卵管近端阻塞性不孕症患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组50例。对照组实施宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术治疗,试验组实施针刺穴位联合中药口服治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标、输卵管通畅率、并发症发生情况及临床妊娠情况。结果治疗前,两组患者血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞压积、血沉水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞压积、血沉水平较治疗前明显降低,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者输卵管通畅率为82.00%,明显高于对照组的44.00%,通而不畅率、堵塞率分别为16.00%、2.00%,均明显低于对照组的40.00%、16.00%,而并发症发生率为0,明显低于对照组的8.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输卵管近端阻塞性不孕症患者治疗中,采取针刺穴位联合中药口服治疗,可明显改善患者血液血流变指标,提升输卵管通畅率,效果理想。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture points combined with oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of proximal tubal obstructive infertility.Methods 100 cases of infertility with proximal fallopian tube obstruction were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic tubal intubation,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint acupuncture combined with oral Chinese medicine.Hemorheological indexes,fallopian tube patency rate,complications and clinical pregnancy were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no signifi cant differences in plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rate between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rates in 2 groups were signifi cantly lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was signifi cantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The rate of fallopian tube patency in the test group was 82.00%,signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(44.00%),the rate of obstruction and blockage were 16.00%and 2.00%,respectively,signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(40.00%and 16.00%),and the incidence of complications was 0,signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(8.00%).The difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of infertility patients with proximal fallopian tube obstruction,acupuncture combined with oral treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can signifi cantly improve the hemorheological indexes of patients and improve the fallopian tube patency rate,and the effect is ideal.
