诺和锐联合营养干预对妊娠糖尿病血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响

Eff ects of novoxil combined with nutritional intervention on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨诺和锐联合营养干预对妊娠糖尿病血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取40例妊娠糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组20例。对照组采用诺和锐治疗,研究组采用诺和锐联合营养干预,比较两组孕期体质量、新生儿体质量、血糖水平及不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果研究组患者孕期体质量、新生儿体质量均明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖、早、中、晚餐后2 h血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、早、中、晚餐后2 h血糖水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的30.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论诺和锐联合营养干预对妊娠糖尿病的效果显著,可有效控制患者血糖水平,改善妊娠结局,控制孕妇与新生儿体质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of novorax combined with nutritional intervention on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 40 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and study group,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with novorax,and the study group was treated with novorax combined with nutritional intervention.Results The body weight during pregnancy and newborn in the study group were signifi cantly lighter than those in the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no signifi cant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 h after morning,lunch and dinner between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,blo od glucose 2 h after morning,lunch and dinner in the study group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 5.00%,significantly lower than that in the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Novorax combined with nutritional intervention has signifi cant effect on gestational diabetes mellitus,which can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients,improve the pregnancy outcome,control the body weight of pregnant women and newborns,and has high clinical application value.
