益气活血化瘀汤配合保留灌肠治疗盆腔淤血综合征疗效分析

Effi cacy analysis of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction Combined with retention enema in the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome

目的探讨益气活血化瘀汤配合保留灌肠治疗盆腔淤血综合征的临床疗效。方法选择98例盆腔淤血综合征患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组49例。对照组采用化瘀散结灌肠液保留灌肠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加益气活血化瘀汤口服治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医症状评分、血液流变学指标及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者中医主症、次症评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医主症、次症评分均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度及血细胞比容指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度及血细胞比容指标均明显优于治疗前,且研究组患者明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为95.92%,显著高于对照组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血化瘀汤配合保留灌肠治疗盆腔淤血综合征疗效确切,可改善血液流变学指标,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effi cacy of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with retention enema in the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome.Methods Ninety-eight patients with pelvic congestion syndrome were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the lottery,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with stasis dispersive enema,and the research group was additionalized with oral treatment of yiqi huoxue huayu decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom scores,hemorheology indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical signifi cance in the scores of primary and secondary symptoms of TCM between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of primary and secondary symptoms in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical signifi cance in the indexes of high cut whole blood viscosity,low cut whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and specifi c volume of blood cells between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of high-cut whole blood viscosity,low-cut whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and blood cell specific volume in 2 groups were significantly better than before treatment,and the research group was signifi cantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 95.92%,signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(79.59%),and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with retention enema in the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome is effective,can improve the hemorheology index,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
