阴道镜联合利普刀在高级别宫颈病变治疗中的临床疗效

Clinical value analysis of colposcopy combined with lipknife in the treatment of high grade cervical lesions

目的研究分析在高级别宫颈病变治疗中使用阴道镜联合利普刀的效果。方法选取58例高级别宫颈病变患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组29例。对照组患者行利普刀治疗,研究组患者行阴道镜联合利普刀治疗。比较两组患者手术情况、并发症发生情况、临床疗效及复发率。结果研究组术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术操作时间、术后引流时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为31.03%,研究组并发症发生率为6.90%,研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.55%,明显高于对照组的72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组复发率为27.59%,研究组复发率为3.45%,研究组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道镜联合利普刀治疗高级别宫颈病变患者效果确切,术中出血量明显减少,手术操作时间及住院时间缩短,并发症发生率及复发率下降。

Objective To analyze the effect of colposcopy combined with lipknife in the treatment of high grade cervical lesions.Methods 58 patients with high grade cervical lesions were divided into control group and study group by random digital table method,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lip knife,and the observation group was treated with colposcopy combined with Lip knife.The operation,complications,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the operative operation time,postoperative drainage time and hospitalization time were significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 31.03%,and that in the study group was 6.90%.The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.41%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 27.59%in the control group and 3.45%in the study group.The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy combined with Lip knife was effective in the treatment of high grade cervical lesions,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was significantly reduced,the operation time and hospitalization time were shortened,the incidence of complications and recurrence rate decreased.
