森林病虫害防治与林业工程规划设计研究

森林是水土资源最为丰富的区域,因此相关林业工程的规划也是生态环境建设的侧重点与关键环节,为了提高生态系统的可持续发展能力,开展了森林病虫害防治与林业工程规划设计的研究。通过制定森林病虫害防治法律条例、建设森林病虫害监测预警机制、健全森林病虫害防治资金链,增加林木资源的产出量,改善森林生长趋势,提升森林抵抗病虫害的能力,实现病虫害防治工作的顺利实施。同时,多个角度考虑问题,在确保林业工程建设的美观性,并在不影响生态平衡的前提下,拓展林业工程规划设计内容,根据工程全景图对森林整体进行合理性规划,显著提升整体规范化水平。

Forest is place of the most abundant water and soil resources,so the planning of related forestry projects is also the focus and key link of ecological environment construction.In order to improve the sustainable development ability of the ecosystem,the research on forest pest control and forestry engineering planning and design was carried out.Through the formulation of forest pest control laws and regulations,the construction of forest pest monitoring and early warning mechanism,the improvement of forest pest control fund chain,increase the output of forest resources,improve the forest growth trend,enhance the ability of forest resistance to diseases and insect pests,and achieve the smooth implementation of pest control.At the same time,considering the problems from multiple angles,the contents of forestry engineering planning and design should be expanded under the premise of ensuring the beauty of forestry engineering construction and not affecting the ecological balance.The overall forest planning and design should be reasonably planned according to the engineering panorama,so as to significantly improve the overall standardization level.
