Moral cultivation of officials is the key to politics.As a long process of practice to internalize Marxist worldview and methodology into mind and externalize them into action,it is also the Party spirit with firm conviction in ideals for Party members to remain true to original aspirations and keep the mission firmly in mind by regular self-cultivation and self-discipline.Officials in the new era must seek for truth and virtue instead of fame,put people and their interest first,and work hard with the mission on the shoulder.The study and exploration of the dialectical law of moral cultivation of officials in the new era can help them grasp the essence of Party spirit,improve their abilities of political judgement,awareness and execution,lead them by examples to strive to be the first on the new journey in the new era,and work tirelessly to fully build a modern socialist China for national rejuvenation.
