构建国内国际双循环的新发展格局,是党中央对我国经济社会发展做出的一项中长期战略部署,它具有为人民谋幸福、为民族谋复兴、为世界谋大同的历史使命。当前,在推进双循环建设过程中还存在创新不充分、供需不匹配、体制不完善、开放不充分等问题,阻碍了双循环的顺利实现。解决这些问题需要坚持创新驱动发展战略,加强需求侧管理,破除阻碍发展的体制机制弊端,促进更高水平对外开放。

Building the new development pattern of domestic and international dual cycle is a medium and long-term strategic plan made by the Party Central Committee for China’s economic and social development.The new development pattern of dual cycle has the historical mission of seeking happiness for the people,rejuvenation for the nation and great harmony for the world.At present,in the process of promoting the construction of dual cycle,there are still some problems,such as insufficient innovation,mismatch between supply and demand,imperfect system,and incomplete opening,which hinder the smooth realization of dual cycle.To solve these problems,it is necessary to adhere to the innovation driven development strategy,strengthen the demand side management,get rid of the drawbacks of the system and mechanism that hinder development,and promote a higher level of opening up.
