Research and application of grain storage drying technology

粮食就仓干燥技术主要是一种集干燥、仓储为一体的技术形式,是将新收获的粮食直接装入配有机械通风系统的储粮仓内,通常使用常温空气进行干燥,在环境湿度较高的情况下,通过加热降低空气湿度,用热空气作为干燥介质,模拟粮食自然晾晒环境风温条件,对仓内粮食进行低温通风干燥,保证粮食安全和品质的一种干燥储藏技术。笔者通过对粮食就仓干燥技术进行介绍,阐述了就仓干燥技术的机理与过程,论述了粮食就仓干燥技术研究与应用的现状,对现阶段就仓干燥技术发展所遇到的难题进行了探讨,并对其发展前景进行了展望。

The storage drying technology of grain is mainly a kind of technology that integrates drying and storage.The newly harvested grain is directly loaded into the warehouse equipped with mechanical ventilation system.The natural air is usually used for drying.In the case of high ambient humidity,air humidity is reduced by heating,and hot air is used as drying medium.It is a drying technology which simulates the natural air-drying conditions and uses the low-temperature ventilation to dry the grain in warehouse,to ensure grain security and quality.This article introduces the storage drying technology of grain,expounds the mechanism and process of the storage drying technology,discusses the current status of research and application of the storage drying technology of grain.At the same time,the problems encountered in the development of the storage drying technology at present stage are discussed,and its development prospects are prospected.
