豆粕在畜禽饲料中的营养价值与抗营养成分解析 被引量:12

摘要 豆粕在畜禽养殖中起着至关重要的作用。主要从氨基酸的消化率和能值两方面分析了豆粕在畜禽养殖中的营养作用,从抗营养因子的角度分析了豆粕的抗营养特性。同时,总结了不同品种豆粕的加工特性及其对畜禽生长的作用,以及简述了在豆粕供需矛盾和环保压力存在的条件下,研究低蛋白质日粮技术以及豆粕替代品的重要性。 Soybean meal plays an important role in livestock and poultry breeding.The nutritive effect of soybean meal in livestock and poultry breeding was analyzed from amino acid digestibility and energy value,and the anti-nutritive effect of soybean meal was analyzed from the angle of anti-nutritive factors.At the same time,the processing characteristics of different soybean meal varieties and their effects on livestock and poultry growth were summarized.Under the background of the contradiction between the supply and demand of soybean meal and the pressure of environmental protection,the importance of the research on the low protein diet technology and soybean meal substitutes was introduced.
