品管圈在提高国家组织药品集中采购中选药品使用率中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Promoting the Utilization Rate of Selected Drugs Used in Centralized Drug Procurement by National Organization

目的:探讨开展品管圈活动对提高国家组织药品集中采购中选药品使用率的效果。方法:成立品管圈,运用品管圈管理方法针对中选药品使用存在的问题进行改进,对比分析开展品管圈活动前后国家组织药品集中采购中选药品使用率的变化情况。结果:实施品管圈活动后,国家组织药品集中采购中选药品使用率由1.51%上升至2.23%,目标达成率为105.9%。结论:开展品管圈可有效提高国家组织药品集中采购中选药品使用率效果,并超额完成了带量采购任务,提高了药事管理水平。

Objective:To investigate the application effects of quality control circle(QCC)activities in promoting the utilization rate of selected drugs used in centralized drug procurement by national organization.Methods: The QCC was established in order to improve the problems existing in the use of selected drugs by QCC management method.The change of the utilization rate of selected drugs used in centralized drug procurement by national organization was contrastively analyzed before and after the implementation of the QCC activities.Results:After the implementation of the QCC activities,the utilization rate of selected drugs used in centralized drug increased from 1.51%to 2.23%,and the target achievement rate was 105.9%.Conclusion:The implementation of QCC has achieved remarkable results in raising the utilization rate of selected drugs used in centralized drug procurement by national organizations,overfulfilled the procurement task with quantity,and improved the level of drug administration.
