摘要 为了提升家具产品的使用体验和市场竞争力,提出了一种基于心流体验的家具产品设计方法。首先对目标用户进行调研分析,获取用户的个性特征和目标需求;然后以心流体验的发生阶段为线索,结合用户体验和场景思维构建能触发心流的场景,从而获得可提升用户体验的设计要素;最后综合考虑用户需求及使用场景,构建详细的设计方案,并以办公书桌为设计案例进行策略验证。实例证明,该策略能帮助设计师洞察用户的真实需求,并有效提升产品使用体验,对家具产品设计有一定指导意义。 This study proposes a furniture product design strategy based on flow experience to improve the user experience and market competitiveness of furniture products.Firstly,the target users are investigated and analyzed to obtain the personality characteristics and target needs.Then,taking the occurrence stage of flow experience as the clue,design elements that can improve the users’experience were obtained.In this process,we need to consider the scene where user experience and thinking construction can trigger flow experience.Finally,according to users’needs and using scenarios,we build a detailed design scheme and take the desk design as a case to verify the strategy.The result shows that the strategy could help designers to understand the real needs of users and improve the product experience effectively It also has some guiding significance for furniture product design.
