基于代际互助的适老化共居环境设计研究--以长沙为例

Research on the Design of Aged-Friendly Co-Housing Environment Based on Intergenerational Mutual Assistance--Taking Changsha as an Example

从全球范围来看,世界各国已进入不同程度的老龄化并引发人口减少、养老成本重负、空巢老人等问题。本文以湖南省会长沙为例,聚焦于老龄化危机中的居住层面,就省会城市中代际共居现状下的居住及其衍生问题进行分析研究;从宏观(规划)、中观(制度)和微观(产品)三个层面,提出了基于代际互助优势视角的共居环境设计策略;并论证了该策略在房价控制、人才稳固、养老产业住宅优化、老年人情感跃迁等深层次的适老化环境改造的作用以及价值和优势。

Globally,countries around the world have entered into different degrees of aging thus triggered problems such as population decline,heavy cost of retirement,and empty nesters.Taking Changsha,the capital of Hunan Province,as an example,this essay focuses on the housing aspect of the aging crisis,and analyzes the housing and its derivative problems under the current situation of intergenerational co-housing in the provincial capital city;proposes a cohabitation environment design strategy based on the perspective of intergenerational mutual advantage from three levels:macro(plan),meso(system)and micro(product);and demonstrates the role and value of this strategy in the control of housing price,talent stabilization,residential housing of the elderly industry,emotional leap of the elderly,and other deep-seated environmental transformation.It also demonstrates the role as well as the value and advantages of this strategy in the deep-level aging-friendly environment renovation such as housing price control,talent stabilization,residential optimization of the elderly industry,and emotional leap of the elderly.
