农村基层党组织作为党在农村的领导核心,在农村的各项工作中发挥着重要的战斗堡垒作用。在新时期对曲靖市的部分农村基层组织建设现状进行研究,分析其存在的问题及背后原因并提出相应的改进措施,有利于更好地促进曲靖会泽县基层党组织的建设,保证农村改革发展沿着正确的方向前进、推动当地农村经济社会的发展,对于在农村工作中全面坚持党的领导具有举足轻重的意义。

As the leading core of the Party in rural areas,rural grass-root Party organizations play an important role as a fighting fortress in various work in rural areas.In the new era,the current situation of the construction of some rural grassroots organizations in Qujing are studied to analyze the problems and reasons behind them and put forward corresponding improvement measures,which is conducive to better promoting the construction of grassroots party organizations in Huize county,ensuring the rural reform and development along the right direction,promoting the development of local rural economy and society,and being of pivotal significance to fully adhere to the Party's leadership in rural work.
