县级教师发展中心建设的现状与对策——一个研究文献综述

摘要 县级教师发展中心是我国教师教育体系的重要组成部分,探究其建设现状、发展困境以及发展路径具有十分重要的意义。基于CNKI数据库所检索出的94篇论文的分析,县级教师发展中心功能定位、队伍建设以及培训能力是学术研究的主要内容。文献研究发现,县级教师发展中心存在理念认识不足、职能定位不清、基础条件薄弱、经费保障欠缺、师资专业化程度不高的问题;准确的定位功能、变革管理体制机制以及加强队伍建设是解决县级教师发展中心问题的路径。在未来,还需要加强县级教师发展中心存在必要性、队伍建设以及研培能力提升路径的研究。 The county-level teacher development center is an important part of the teacher education system in our country.The exploration of its construction status,development difficulties and development paths is of great significance.Based on the analysis of 94 papers retrieved from the CNKI database,the functional positioning,team building and training capabilities of the county-level teacher development centers are the main content of academic research.Literature studies have found that county-level teacher development centers have problems such as insufficient conceptual understanding,unclear function positioning,weak basic conditions,insufficient funding guarantees,and low degree of professionalization of teachers.Accurate positioning functions,changing management systems and mechanisms,and strengthening team building are the path to solve the problem of the county-level teacher development center.In the future,strengthening the research on the necessity of the county-level teacher development center,team building,and the improvement path of research and training capabilities is necessary as well.
