虚拟仿真实验在临床生物化学检验实验教学中的应用与探索 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨虚拟仿真实验在临床生物化学检验实验教学中的应用。方法通过问卷调查了解检验本科学生对虚拟仿真实验开展的主观感受,评价其效果,通过考核学生的实验操作对其进行客观评价。结果问卷调查显示,与对照组比较,学生更满意实验组教学模式,虚拟仿真实验有助于提高学生自主学习的兴趣(81.61%)、加深对实验原理的理解(68.63%)、提升实验操作能力(71.32%)、提高自主学习能力(88.86%)、提高实验安全性(99.74%)、促进同学间交流学习(89.32%)、提升实践和创新水平(94.34%)、对日后去医院实习有帮助(97.87%)。实验组实验考核成绩与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过问卷调查和操作考核发现虚拟仿真实验有助于将传统实验与虚拟仿真实验教学模式相结合,可以提高学生的实践和创新能力。 Objective To investigate the application of virtual simulation experiment in the experimental teaching of Clinical Biochemistry.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the subjective feelings of the undergraduate students on the virtual simulation experiment and evaluate its effect.The objective evaluation was made by assessing students’experimental operations.Results The questionnaire Survey showed that the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching mode than the control group.The virtual simulation experiment was helpful to increase students’interest in autonomous learning(81.61%),to strengthen the understanding of experimental principles(68.63%),to improve experimental operation ability(71.32%),to improve the ability of independent learning(88.86%),to improve the safety of experiments(99.74%),to promote exchanges and learning among students(89.32%),to improve practice and innovation level(94.34%),and to go to the hospital for internship in the future(97.87%).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the questionnaire survey and operation assessment,it is found that virtual simulation experiment is helpful to combine traditional experiment and virtual simulation experiment teaching mode,and it can improve students’practical and innovative ability.
