摘要
对香格里拉虎跳峡镇79株核桃单株坚果表型特征的13个表型描述性状及8个数量性状进行测定分析和多样性研究。结果表明,该区域核桃坚果的形状、仁色的Simpson多样性指数较高,核桃拥有坚果形状表型特征描述的10种类型,表现出较大的多样性和丰富性,以扁圆球形、圆球形和长扁圆球形为主。种仁颜色主要以灰白和黄白色为主,占50.63%,单果重为5.37~20.01 g,平均10.34 g,变异系数28.25%,单果重表现出较大的差异性。该区域核桃刻纹以麻和浅麻为主,分别占50.63%和41.77%,印证了该区域的核桃坚果表型的一个最要特征是果壳“麻”。该区域核桃种质资源丰富,为核桃品种选育提供了丰富的种质资源。
The 13 phenotypic traits and 8 quantitative traits of 79 walnut trees in Hutiaoxia Town of Shangri-La were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the Simpson diversity index of nut shape and kernel color was high in this region with 10 types of nut shape phenotypic traits,showing great diversity and richness,mainly oblate,spherical and long oblate.The kernel color was mainly gray and yellow white,accounting for 50.63%.The single fruit weight was 5.37~20.01g,with an average of 10.34g,and the coefficient of variation was 28.25%with great difference.The appearance of walnut was mainly dotted and light dotted,accounting for 50.63%and 41.77%respectively,which confirmed that one of the most important traits of walnut nut phenotype was“dotted”.The walnut germplasm resources were abundant in this region,which was advantageous to for walnut breeding.
