珠三角国家森林城市群建设状况评价研究

Evaluation on Construction Status of National Forest City Cluster in the Pearl River Delta

依据珠三角9个城市现有森林资源数据,利用层次分析法(AHP)构建珠三角国家森林城市群评价指标体系,通过城市群、城市圈和城市单体森林建设水平3个一级指标以及城市群、城市圈、城市单体的国家森林城市达标率、森林小镇达标率、森林覆盖率、城市建成区绿化覆盖率、生态公益林比例、森林生态功能等级比例、森林公园和自然保护区占国土面积比例等24个二级指标,多方面、多层次评价珠三角国家森林城市群建设状况。评估结果,珠三角国家森林城市群建设状况综合得分为0.8678,建设状况良好,接近优秀。

Based on the existing forest resources data of 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta,the evaluation index system of the national forest city cluster was constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The 3 first-class indexes of the forest construction level,and 24 second-class indexes of the national forest city compliance rate,forest town compliance rate,forest coverage rate,green coverage rate of urban built-up area,proportion of ecological public welfare forest,proportion of forest ecological function grade,and proportion of forest parks and nature reservesfor city cluster,city cycle and individual city were used to evaluate the construction status of national forest city cluster from various aspects and levels.The evaluation results showed that the comprehensive score of the construction status of national forest city cluster in the Pearl River Delta was 0.8678,which was good and closed to excellent.
