汤阴县省级森林城市建设规划研究

Construction Planning of Provincial Forest City in Tangyin County

分析汤阴县森林城市建设的现状条件,与《河南省省级森林县城评选考核办法评价指标体系》进行逐项对比分析。结果表明,汤阴县35项指标中有25项已达标,10项不达标。汤阴县森林城市建设定位为“人文古县,绿色汤阴”,以建设成“城在林中,林在城中,人在绿中”的具有突出地域特色的森林生态城市为目标,构建“一心、一核、一轴、三带、三区、多点”的森林网络结构建设布局。从森林生态网络、森林产业、森林生态文化和森林支撑保障建设四大工程阐述汤阴县省级森林县城建设重点。

The analysis of the current conditions of the forest city construction in Tangyin County and the comparative analysis of the Evaluation Index System of of Provincial Forest City in Henan Province found that 25 indicators in Tangyin County had reached the standard and 10 had not reached the standard.The construction of forest city in Tangyin County was positioned as“cultural ancient county,green Tangyin”.With the goal of building a forest ecological city with prominent regional characteristics of“the city in the forest,the forest in the city and the people in the green”,and the layout of“one center,one core,one axis,three belts,three areas,and multiple points”,this paper expounded the construction key points of provincial forest city in Tangyin from four aspects of forest ecological network,forest industry,forest ecological culture and forest support and guarantee.
