云南省林下经济发展现状及建议

Status and Suggestion of Under-forest Economy Development in Yunnan Province

概述林下经济的定义及主要模式,介绍云南林下经济发展助力脱贫攻坚成效显著、促进生态保护、形成区域特色产业、发展模式有所创新、发展与科技创新并进等现状和成效,分析其存在的发展认识存在不足、机制创新进展缓慢、资金制约因素大、科技支撑不够完善等问题,提出加强宣传,提高认识;坚持以市场为导向,着力培育龙头企业;拓宽投融资渠道,加大政策支持;加大科技支撑,依靠示范带动;加强监测,管控质量等林下经济发展建议。

This paper summarized the definition and main modes of under-forest economy,introduced the status of under-forest economy in Yunnan Province,such as remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation,promotion of ecological protection,formation of regional characteristic industries,innovation of model and development of technological innovation.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,including insufficient development awareness,slow progress of mechanism innovation,constraints on funds and imperfect scientific and technological support,this paper suggested to strengthen publicity,raise awareness,adhere to market orientation,cultivate leading enterprises,broaden investment and financing channels,increase policy and technology support,focus on demonstration,strengthen monitoring,and control quality.
