全面高危风险点管理模式应用评价

Application and Evaluation of Comprehensive High Risk Point Management Mode

通过制定《护理风险点及防范手册》,对护士长及护士进行集体培训,成立科室安全管理小组进行督查评价,对存在问题进行整改,实施全面高危风险点管理模式。实施后,降低了公共护理风险事件和专科护理风险事件发生例数,提高了住院患者满意度(P<0.05)。全面高危风险点管理模式具有较好应用价值,但仍需不断改进。

Through the development of the Nursing Risk Points and Prevention Manual,the head nurse and nurses were collectively trained,the safety management team of the department was established to supervise and evaluate the existing problems,and the comprehensive management mode of high-risk risk points was implemented.After implementation,the incidence of public nursing risk events and specialized nursing risk events was reduced,and the satisfaction of inpatients was improved(P<0.05).The comprehensive high-risk point management mode had good application value,but it still needed to be improved.
