市场化多元化生态补偿机制是一种新型的资源环境管理模式,是生态环境保护与恢复的关键.依据湖北省内地市州层面生态补偿的实践基础,分析湖北省当前生态补偿现状与困境,并通过比较不同生态补偿模式,探讨如何构建和完善生态补偿机制,为湖北省建立市场化多元化生态补偿机制提供参考.

The market-oriented and diversified ecological compensation mechanism is a new type of resource and environmental management model,which is the key to ecological protection and restoration.Based on the practical basis of ecological compensation at the prefecture and city level in Hubei Province,we analyzed the current status and predicaments of ecological compensation in Hubei Province.And by comparing different ecological compensation models,how to construct and improve the ecological compensation mechanism are discussed,which provided a reference for Hubei Province to establish a market-oriented and diversified ecological compensation mechanism.
