印染废水处理全流程在线集控系统设计与应用

In view of the waste of materials and large investment in wastewater management in the printing and dyeing industry,the application of online centralized control system for the entire process of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment is of great significance.The system is divided into two parts from the functional structure:one is real-time monitoring of the entire wastewater treatment process,timely response to emergency situations during the treatment process,to ensure that the terminal meets the standard and stable discharge;the second is the information collection and analysis of processing index data,which can be effectively organize,control and adjust the facilities in the wastewater treatment process through scientific methods,so that they can play their roles in a coordinated and orderly manner in operation,so as to achieve continuous,balanced and stable operation,and to maximize optimize the process and improve operational efficiency.After promotion,it is found that the system can achieve a significant reduction in wastewater treatment costs.Among them,the annual chemical consumption is reduced by 1.5%,and the annual power consumption is reduced by 2.0%.It has high economic value and environmental protection value.
