摘要 护士职场欺凌现象普遍,且危害巨大,无论对患者、被欺凌人员、旁观者、护理团队的效能、还是对单位都具有非常严重的影响,这是每一位医院管理者不得不思考的问题。导致职场欺凌发生的因素很多,预防我国护士职场欺凌的发生,保护护士及患者的健康,是我们必须研究的问题。 Bullying is a common phenomenon among nurses in the workplace,and it has great harm.It has a very serious impact on patients,bullied people,bystanders,the efficiency of the nursing team,and the unit.This is a question that every hospital manager has to think about.There are many factors that lead to workplace bullying.Preventing the occurrence of nurses'workplace bullying in our country and protecting the health of nurses and patients are issues that we must study.
