疼痛管理对胃癌术后转ICU患者生活质量负性情绪及护理满意度的影响

Effect of pain management on quality of life,negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients transferred to ICU after gastric cancer surgery

目的探讨疼痛管理对胃癌术后转重症加强护理病房患者生活质量、负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法将76例胃癌术后转重症加强护理病房患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各38例。两组均给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予疼痛管理,干预前后采用生活质量量表评定两组生活质量,采用状态-特质焦虑量表评定两组负性情绪,比较两组护理满意度。结果干预后两组生活质量量表评分显著高于干预前(P<0.01),状态-特质焦虑量表评分显著低于干预前(P<0.01),研究组较对照组变化更显著(P<0.05或0.01)。研究组护理总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛管理有助于改善胃癌术后转重症加强护理病房患者的生活质量及负性情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of management on quality of life,negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients transferred to ICU after gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients with gastric cancer transferred to ICU after gastric cancer surgery were randomly divided into study group and control group,38 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine care,and the study group was given pain management on this basis.Before and after the intervention,the quality of life(QOL)was used to assess the quality of life of the two groups,the state trait anxiety inventory(STAI)was used to assess the negative emotions of the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results After the intervention,the QOL scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the STAI scores were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01).The total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pain management helps to improve the quality of life and negative emotions of patients in the intensive care unit after gastric cancer surgery,and improve nursing satisfaction.
