摘要
建立电抗器传热模型是预测电抗器温升的重要方法,研究包封材料的导热特性可进一步完善干式空心电抗器温升预测模型。针对导热系数测定过程中的接触表面间隙内空气热阻影响问题,改进了实验测定导热系数方法,先将试样放置于双热流计实验装置内部再进行加热固化,避免空气热阻对传热过程影响导致的误差。结果表明,试样导热系数随温度升高而减小,根据最小二乘法线性拟合得到了导热系数与温度的线性关系,该研究结果对于建立干式空心电抗器的温升预测模型提供了重要的数据支撑。
Establishing the reactor heat transfer model was an important method to predict the temperature rise of the reactor.Studying the thermal conductivity of the encapsulating material could further improve the temperature rise prediction model of the dry-type hollow reactor.Aiming at the problem of the influence of air thermal resistance in the contact surface gap during the thermal conductivity measurement process,the experimental method for determining thermal conductivity was improved.The sample was first placed in the dual heat flux meter experimental device and then heated and cured to avoid air error caused by the influence of thermal resistance on the heat transfer process.The results show that the thermal conductivity of the sample decreases with the increase of temperature.The linear relationship between thermal conductivity and temperature is obtained according to the linear fitting of least square method.The results of this study provide important data support for establishing the temperature rise prediction model of dry-type air-core reactors.
