摘要
研究润湿分散剂种类、用量、分散时间等因素对纤维-环氧树脂复合材料弯曲强度、弯曲模量的影响。结果表明,润湿分散剂添加量0.6 phr,在高速分散机中预分散40 min以上可以提高碳纤维复合材料25%的弯曲强度与弯曲模量。实验通过扫描电子显微镜下观察加以验证,润湿分散剂可以提高碳纤维在树脂中的分散性、取向和界面相容性。
The influence of wetting dispersant dosage,dispersion time and other factors on the bending strength and bending modulus performance of fiber-epoxy resin composites was studied.The results show when the addition of wetting dispersant is 0.6%weight of the resin,the dispersion for more than 40 min could improve the bending strength and bending modulus of carbon fiber composites by 25%.The scanning electron microscope(SEM)results show that the dispersion,orientation and interfacial compatibility of carbon fiber in resin can be improved by wetting dispersant.
