摘要
通过成核剂改善聚乙烯的结晶行为和宏观性能是赋予其高性能化的一个重要手段。将氢键成核剂H与线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)共混后,分别使用万能拉力机、冲击试验机、热变形温度测定仪、透光率/雾度测定仪测定了LLDPE复合材料的光学性能、力学性能和热学性能。结果表明,氢键成核剂H改善了LLDPE的透明性、拉伸性能和弯曲性能,同时没有降低树脂的耐冲击性能和耐热性能。红外光谱仪证实了成核剂H在LLDPE复合材料中形成了显著的氢键作用,这有助于氢键类成核剂形成纤维状的晶体,这种结构为聚乙烯链结晶提供了较大的活性成核位点表面。
The use of nucleating agents to improve crystallization behavior and macroscopic properties was an important means to provide polyethylene high performance.After blending the nucleating agent H with linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE),the optical properties,mechanical properties and thermal properties of the LLDPE composites were measured using universal tensile machine,impact tester,heat distortion temperature tester,and light transmittance/haze tester.The results show that the transparency,tensile properties and bending properties of LLDPE are improved by the nucleating agent H without reducing its impact resistance and heat resistance.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)confirms that the nucleating agent H has a significant hydrogen bonding effect in LLDPE composites,which promotes the formation of fibrous crystals.This structure provides a very large surface of active nucleation sites for the crystallization of polyethylene chains.
