摘要
通过三层流延机制备低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/聚丙烯(PP)复合消光膜,结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、偏光显微镜(POM)等测试技术,研究PP添加量对复合膜材料光学及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,当PP添加量为15%时,膜的雾度及透光率分别为96.3%、94.8%,拉伸强度为27.51 MPa,较之未添加PP增加了16.2%,断裂伸长率为1 958%,杨氏弹性模量为81.08 MPa,相比于未添加PP各增加了13.2%、23.4%。另外,PP同时完善其晶体结构,诱导α晶型转变为β晶型,提高复合膜材料的力学性能。
Low density polyethylene(LDPE )/polypropylene(PP)composite extinction film was prepared by three-layer tape casting,and the influence of PP contents on the optical and mechanical properties of the composite film was studied by scanning electron micriscope(SEM)and polarizing microscope(POM).The results show when the content of PP is 15%,the haze and transmittance of the film are 96.3% and 94.8%,respectively.The tensile strength is 27.51 MPa,which increases 16.2%.The elongation at break is 1 958% ,and the young s modulus of elasticity is 81.08 MPa,which increases 13.2% and 23.4%,respectively.In addition,PP improves the crystal structure,induces the transformation from α crystal to β crystal,and improves the mechanical properties of the composite film.
