摘要 消化道重建是全胃切除术后的关键操作之一,重建质量直接影响到患者术后的近期康复和远期营养状况与生存质量。如何合理选择具有抗胃食管反流、食物储存功能的消化道重建方式,以及安全、便捷的消化道吻合、缝合法和适宜的缝线材料,是全胃切除术后消化道重建中需着重考量的问题。技术创新和临床研究能为全胃切除术后消化道重建方式的理性选择提供支持与参考。 Digestive tract reconstruction is one of the key steps in total gastrectomy,and the quality of reconstruction directly affects the short-term recovery,nutritional status and long-term quality of life of patients after surgery.Reasonable selection of digestive tract reconstruction methods with anti-reflux and food storage capacity,as well as safe and convenient anastomosis or suture,and suitable suture materials are important considerations in digestive tract reconstruction following total gastrectomy.Technical innovations and clinical researches can provide support and reference for rational selection of digestive tract reconstruction methods in total gastrectomy.
