中医临床医师与药师联合专病门诊服务模式探索

Exploration of the service mode of joint-outpatient service between TCM clinicians and pharmacists

目的:探索中医临床药师门诊服务的新模式和为患者提供专病化服务的新途径。方法:开设中药临床药师-中医联合门诊,为积聚病(乳腺肿瘤)患者提供临床诊疗和中药学服务。结果 :通过联合门诊,对积聚病(乳腺肿瘤)患者用药更具个体化,药学监护更直接,有效提高患者满意度。结论 :中药临床药师-中医联合门诊有利于提升中医用药的合理性、规范性和药学监护的个体性,有利于提升医师与药师业务的融合性。

Objective:To explore a new mode of outpatient service for clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and a new way to provide specialized services for patients.Methods:A joint-outpatient service between TCM clinicians and pharmacists was set up to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment and Chinese pharmacy services for patients with accumulation disease(breast tumor).Results:Through the joint-outpatient service,the medication for the patients was more individualized,and the pharmaceutical care was more direct,which could effectively improve the patient satisfaction.Conclusion:The rationality and standardization of TCM medication,the individuality of pharmaceutical care and the integration between physicians and pharmacists can be all improved through the join-outpatient service.
