Expert Consensus for TCM Preventive Treatment of Diseases: Scientific Research Project Management

《中医治未病·科研项目管理专家共识》(以下简称《共识》)由国家中医药管理局立项,中华中医药学会组织,并在中医治未病标准制修订专家总指导组和综合专家指导组的指导、监督下实施。通过文献检索、专家问卷调查、专家论证会、专家征求意见、同行评议等步骤,最终形成专家共识意见。本《共识》提出了中医治未病科研项目的项目承担单位条件和职责、项目立项、实施管理、验收管理、成果管理、经费管理、绩效管理、档案管理、科研不端行为审查处理等方面的基本原则,供中医治未病项目相关管理部门参考使用。

Expert Consensus for TCM Preventive Treatment of Diseases: Scientific Research Project Management(hereinafter referred to as "the consensus") was approved by the National Administration of TCM and organized by the China Association of Chinese Medicine. It was implemented under the direction and supervision of the expert group of TCM standard of preventive treatment of disease revision, as well as the expert guidance group. Through literature retrieval, expert questionnaire survey, expert demonstration meeting, expert advice seeking, and peer opinions, the expert consensus was established. In this consensus, conditions and responsibilities of the project undertaking unit, project approval, implementation management, acceptance management, results management, funds management, performance management, archives management, and review and handling of misconduct in scientific research were put forward for scientific research project management departments of TCM preventive treatment of diseases.
