摘要
文章从成型工艺、结构设计、安装方式等多方面分析膨胀水箱失效的主要原因。采用注塑工艺替代原有吹塑工艺,对膨胀水箱及其安装支架结构重新进行设计,并对产品连接方式及安装位置进行重新布置,通过CAE分析和性能试验对产品设计结果进行验证,以达到降低膨胀水箱故障率的目的。经过市场验证,产品故障率大幅降低,减少了企业损失。
This paper analyzes the main reasons for the failure of the expansion tank from the aspects of molding process,structural design and installation mode.In order to reduce the failure rate of expansion tank,the injection molding process was used to replace the blow molding process before,the expansion tank and its mounting bracket structure were redesigned,the product connection mode and installation position were rearranged,and the results of product design were verified by CAE analysis and performance test.After market verification,the failure rate of products is greatly reduced,and the loss of enterprises decreased.
