摘要
以某12米低地板城市客车为例,文章介绍了客车转向桥转向梯形的校核方法,转向器的布置形式,传动杆系的设计,以及系统压力、流量的匹配要求。文章还阐述了低地板城市客车转向系统布置与其他类型客车的区别,并提出了各项设计匹配的指标。最终通过整车原地转向方向盘力试验及转向助力失效转向力试验,验证转向的轻便性及失效时的转向力大小,证明了此类客车转向系统设计的合理及有效性,为轴荷更大的客车转向设计提供参考依据。
This paper introduce the checking method of steering trapezoid of bus steering axis,the layout of steering gear,the design of transmission rod,and the matching requirements of system pressure and flow.The paper also describes the difference between the steering system layout of low-floor city bus and other types of bus,and puts forward the matching indexes of each design.Finally,the vehicle steering wheel force test and steering power failure steering force test were carried out to verify the portability of steering and the steering force during failure,which proved the reasonableness and effectiveness of the steering system design of such buses,and provided a reference basis for the steering design of buses with larger axle load.
