摘要
文章主要通过有限元分析软件Hyperworks对某重型卡车变速箱支架的结构进行分析验证[1],并对其原有结构通过采用高强度铸钢代替普通铸钢、结构优化等方式,在满足结构强度的同时实现产品结构的轻量化。
In this paper,finite element analysis software HyperWorks is used to analyze and verify the structure of a heavy truck gearbox bracket[1],and high strength cast steel is used instead of ordinary cast steel to optimize the structure,so as to meet the structural strength and make the product structure lightweight.
