在汽车生产的四大工艺中,焊接工艺起着关键的作用,白车身的焊接质量不但对车身的安全性能有着重要的关系,同时还对车身内外饰件的装配起着至关重要的作用。因而,焊接质量对车身非常关键。白车身是由若干个零部件通过焊接而成的,而在车身的焊接中,点焊是最常用的一种。在生产过程中,点焊又可以分为机器人点焊和人工点焊。文章专门对人工点焊质量如何控制进行研究。
