大思政格局下高职汽车类专业共青团思想引领路径研究

青少年思想引领工作是共青团工作的重镇,在大思政格局下,提高学生思想道德水平、塑造优秀人格以及培育践行社会主义核心价值观,都是当下重要课题,本课题对杭州职业技术学院吉利汽车学院共青团思想引领存在问题进行研究,寻找解决问题的途径方法,以汽车类专业学生精神成长需求为出发点,增强思想引领的针对性;构建分层分类的一体化思想引领体系,提高思想引领对汽车类专业学生的精准度;打造共青团思想引领信息平台,提高共青团在思想引领的时效性,引导学生构建积极的世界观、价值观、人生观,塑造良好道德和人文修养。对高校思政教育的形式载体进行了探究,对提升高校思政教育的实效性进行探索。

Youth ideological guidance is an important part of the work of the Communist Youth League.Under the big ideological and political situation,improving students'ideological and moral standards,shaping outstanding personalities and cultivating and practicing socialist core values are all important topics at the moment.This topic is in Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College Geely Automobile Academy’s Communist Youth League conducts research on the basis of existing problems in the ideological leadership of the Communist Youth League,looking for ways to solve the problems,starting from the spiritual growth needs of automotive majors,and enhancing the pertinence of ideological guidance,constructing a hierarchical and categorized integrated ideological guidance system,improving the accuracy of thinking leading to automotive majors,creating an information platform for thinking leading of the Communist Youth League and improving the timeliness of thinking leading of the Communist Youth League will guide students to build a positive world outlook,values,outlook on life,and shape good morals and humanities.It explores the form carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and explores to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
