Taking the temporary medical building project of Shanghai public health clinical center for emergency treatment as an example,this paper summarizes the technical management of the construction of temporary medical building,and probes into the characteristics of the construction and management of temporary medical building.By adopting the technical means of fine management and optimization design innovation,the project requirements were accurately controlled,the difficulties of project construction were analyzed.The construction process and module design of temporary medical building were optimized,and the project construction task was completed in a short period.It not only meets the actual functional requirements of the hospital,but also ensures the construction quality of the project and realizes the real value creation.
