Construction Schedule Control of Emergency Medical Housing Project

结合上海市公共卫生临床中心应急救治临时医疗用房项目,对准备时间不足、施工工期苛刻、人力及材料设备短缺、施工组织困难的应急医疗用房项目的施工进度控制进行了讨论。通过精心策划,对各专业进行工序分析,与主体结构同步穿插施工,并采用同步设计、组织协调等措施,保障了施工进度及工程质量,实现了较好的社会效益。

Combined with the emergency rescue temporary medical accommodation project of Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center,the construction schedule control for the emergency medical housing project due to its insufficient preparation time,harsh construction period,shortage of manpower and materials and equipments,and difficulties in construction organization was discussed.Through careful planning,process analysis of various disciplines,synchronous interspersed construction with the main structure,and adopting synchronous design,organization and coordination measures,the construction progress and project quality were guaranteed,and good social benefits were achieved.
