摘要
结合上海市公共卫生临床中心应急救治临时医疗用房的项目实际,对临时用房的项目管理方法进行了研究。从人员、机械、材料、后勤保障等方面总结了经验,为临时医疗用房在工期紧张,施工标准要求高,劳动力、材料和机械组织困难等情况下的按时顺利完工奠定了基础。
Combined with the actual project of temporary medical building for emergency treatment in Shanghai public health clinical center,the project management method of temporary medical building was studied.This paper summarizes the experience from personnel,machinery,materials,logistics support and other aspects,which lays a foundation for the successful completion of temporary medical building on time under the conditions of tight construction period,high construction standard requirements,and difficult labor,materials and machinery organization.
