摘要
结合工程实际,对应急隔离病房集装箱模块的定位、拼装和钢屋架吊装施工过程中的技术难点及解决方案进行了研究。总结出了一套比较系统的针对集装箱模块现场拼装、定位组装作业时产生的各种偏差的施工处理技术,有效解决了临时集装箱模块实际规格与设计不符的矛盾,消除了拼装过程中产生的偏差,使工程得以顺利开展。
Combined with the actual engineering,the technical difficulties and solutions in the construction process of positioning and assembling the container modules of the emergency isolation ward and lifting the steel roof truss were studied.A set of comparatively systematic construction processing technology was summarized for the various deviations caused by the on-site assembly of container modules,positioning and assembly operations,which effectively solved the contradiction between the actual specifications of the temporary container module and the design,and eliminated the deviations generated during the assembly process,so as to carry out the project smoothly.
