应急病房楼项目机电快速安装技术

Electromechanical Quick Installation Technology for Emergency Ward Building Project

摘要 结合上海市公共卫生临床中心应急病房楼项目,对机电快速安装技术进行了研究。通过对机电系统进行深化设计,应用有限元软件核验气流组织方案,借用工业化建造技术,选用合适的结构严密性措施,在工期紧迫的情况下顺利完成了机电安装工作。通过事后对施工过程中的不足进行反思,提出了改进建议,可供相关工程参考。 Combined with the emergency ward building project of the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center,the rapid electromechanical installation technology was studied.Through the deepening design of the electromechanical system,by application of finite element software to verify the airflow organization plan,with the help of industrialized construction technology to select the appropriate structural tightness measures,the electromechanical installation was successfully completed in the case of tight construction period.After reflecting on the shortcomings in the construction process,suggestions for improvement were put forward,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
