大跨度大截面钢梁中频热弯加工及安装技术

摘要 依托四会市体育中心(一期)工程项目,研究了大跨度大截面钢梁中频热弯加工及安装技术。通过建筑信息化建模进行钢梁加工精确度控制,并对多弧度箱形钢梁中频热弯加工及安装的方法进行优化,解决了传统冷弯工艺产生的残余应力及回弹变形过大问题,提高了弧形钢构件生产成形的几何精度,使施工完成后的钢结构外形更加美观。 Based on the project of Sihui Sports Center(phase I),the medium frequency hot bending processing and installation technology of large-span and large section steel beams are studied.The accuracy of steel beam processing is controlled by building information modeling,and the medium frequency hot bending processing and installation method of multi arc box steel beam are optimized,which solves the problems of excessive residual stress and springback deformation caused by traditional cold bending process,improves the geometric accuracy of arc steel member production,and makes the steel structure appearance more beautiful after construction.
