摘要
为研究解决连梁式剪切型阻尼器在混凝土框剪结构中的设计与布置问题,以海口市某学校宿舍楼中的减震设计为例,介绍了连梁式剪切型阻尼器的设计应用与安装施工技术。实践表明,采用连梁式剪切型阻尼器消能减震装置,可显著改善建筑结构的抗震性能,同时与传统抗震方法相比,能降低结构材料用量和工程造价,有效保证主体结构工程质量。
In order to study and solve the design and layout problems of coupling beam type shear damper in concrete frame shear wall structure,taking the seismic design of a school dormitory building in Haikou City as an example,this paper introduces the design application and installation construction technology of coupling beam shear damper.The practice shows that the seismic performance of the building structure can be significantly improved by using the energy dissipation device of coupling beam type shear damper.At the same time,compared with the traditional seismic method,it can reduce the amount of structural materials and engineering cost,and effectively ensure the engineering quality of the main structure.
