摘要
以中国人民大学教学科研楼及集体宿舍楼工程为例,通过应用BIM技术辅助实现弧形超限梁的钢筋和模板深化设计、加工和安装一体化,并在超限梁混凝土浇筑中辅助指导现场施工。BIM技术的综合应用显著提高了钢筋和模板安装一次合格率和混凝土的成形质量,最终获得了良好的实施效果。BIM技术的综合应用为BIM技术在建筑结构中的实际应用提供了一种新的思路和方法。
TTaking the teaching&research building and dormitory building of Renmin University of China as an example,through the application of BIM technology,the deepening design,processing and installation of the reinforcement and formwork of the arc-shaped overrun beam are integrated,and are used to assist in guiding the on-site construction during the concrete placement of the overrun beam.The comprehensive application of BIM technology has significantly improved the once for all pass rate of steel and formwork installation and the quality of concrete forming,and finally achieved good implementation results.The comprehensive application of BIM technology provides a new idea and method for the practical application of BIM technology in building structures.
